Various formulas can be coded and changed to reflect the complexities of the product manufactured and process involved. The quote can be archived when a redesign takes place. The quote can be routed for internal signoff using your corporate email system. Sales quote request system with built in workflow keeps track of all your request for quotes with all the relevant information. When a request for quote is entered in to the system the engineering and costing department are notified by email of the pending request for quote with the due date. When engineering department is completed the costing department is notified. When the Quote is completed the account manger is notified and the quote is attached. This workflow is accomplished by seamlessly integrating with your email system.

The Challenge:

Managing the life cycle of a product is a major challenge with constant design changes and your product data being spread among various departments.
