The container report displays all the type and quantity of containers available for your use. Online packing layouts eliminate the need for paper copies, which are subject to obsolescence.
Supplier Management and Rating System keeps track of all your supplier information with all the related information. All the quality, delivery timeliness, and accuracy are kept track of for all suppliers. A monthly report can be generated listing their performance in the above category for the trailing twelve months. This report can be emailed to them using our integrated mailing system. Report can be generated listing common purchases among various facilities for possible consolidation. 
Capacity planning system is based on your corporate intranet. The plant manager can perform what if analysis with the available cells, production lines, and shifts. Using the optimal product changes the production can be optimized to produce the desired product mix. The most optimal scenario can be published as the production schedule.


Research and Development Management System keeps track of all your R&D projects and trails. It keeps track of all the contacts and any ongoing communications with them. Other departments can request services from R&D using online application. All R&D issues purchase orders are monitored to keep track of costs. All R&D results can be published for enterprise wide consumption. 


Product Prototype Development Management System keeps track of all your prototype development efforts with all the relevant information. When a product prototype is requested, you can enter and keep track of the product information, shipping information and the related milestone events. The system keeps track of the cargo carriers shipping addresses for development facilities, and generates the shipping documents. The reports provide upcoming milestones and overview of the prototype program. The manufacturing tool management system with built in workflow keeps track of all your tools with all the relevant information. When a tool is worked on internally or externally, you can keep track of the cost (external/internal), hours and resources spent on tool. You are able to keep track of life left in each tool and notify the plant managers by email of required preventive maintenance or tool change, minimizing the impact to production. You are able to keep track of tools associated with plants, process, production parts and customers. Our MTM integrates seamlessly with your enterprise mail system for notification of staff members, minimizing the time it takes for the work to be completed. 

Engineering Master List System keeps track of all the parts manufactured, their engineering specification, and the part status. Reports can be generated by product line providing the products shipped to a customer with their engineering specification and their current lifecycle status.

External Quote Generation System with built in workflow keeps track of all your generated quote, material costs, labor costs, departmental overhead costs, manufacturing formulas, and product layouts. The material cost, labor rates, and departmental overhead can be changed at any time and quotes can be generated to reflect the new cost structure. Various formulas can be coded and changed to reflect the complexities of the product manufactured and process involved. The quote can be archived when a redesign takes place. The quote can be routed for internal signoff using your corporate email system.


Sales quote request system with built in workflow keeps track of all your request for quotes with all the relevant information. When a request for quote is entered in to the system the engineering and costing department are notified by email of the pending request for quote with the due date. When engineering department is completed the costing department is notified. When the Quote is completed the account manger is notified and the quote is attached. This workflow is accomplished by seamlessly integrating with your email system.

The Challenge:

Managing the life cycle of a product is a major challenge with constant design changes and your product data being spread among various departments. You must be able to make the changes in a very short time with the changes communicated to all the departments and manufacturing.
